Seller’s Agent (a.k.a. the Listing Agent)
As the Seller’s Agent (a.k.a. Listing Agent) Kevin will perform the same analysis as if you were buying a home. He will take a look a the market in the area that you are wanting to sell and then determine a range of values.
Kevin also will put together a professional CMA (Creative Market Analysis) Report to show you the values of other homes that have sold within the last few months. He will also show you the current homes for sale in the neighborhood so you know the competition that you are going to have.
Other factors are also involved when selling a home. This is more than selling price per square foot and the closing price. Other factors will include Days On Market (DOM) and how many homes are selling in a particular area (Demand).
