Kevin A Dunlap
REALTOR at TR Realty
Kevin Dunlap has a long and extensive bio.
Kevin Dunlap has been involved in real estate since 2002 when he started reading the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series by Robert Kiyosaki. He bought two properties that year while living in Wilmington, NC. In 2003 he bought a small 11-unit apartment complex in Tuscaloosa, AL. Then in 2004 he made the move across the country to take advantage of the real estate opportunities going on in Las Vegas, NV.
At that time he was working with a small band of out-of-state real estate investors and he was able to create his own network of investors. Later that same year when the band of investors went their separate ways he began to be an investor and consultant especially in the area of rent-to-own (a.k.a., lease option) homes.
Finally, in early 2012, he decided he should get his real estate license and began to study and then to take and pass the real estate salesperson exam. In August 2012 he became a fully licensed Nevada REALTOR®.
Since then he has helped sellers sell their homes and buyers to buy homes either through the traditional manner or even through lease options or seller financing.
Kevin is also the author of the book, Lease Options Made Easy, that was launched in January 2015. This book is a narrative on the subject of lease options and even goes through some parts of credit repair as well as the entire buying process, especially if you have troubled credit.
In October 2016 he launched his second book called Designing Your Own Destiny which is also a workbook on figuring out what you want in your life and then creating a road map in order to achieve it.
In March 2019 Kevin launched his third book called The Winner’s Code: Secrets of the Winner’s Mindset. This book covered the 8 mindset types and how you can shift from a non-supportive mindset to a Winner’s Mindset in all areas of your life. From your personal relationships, work relationships, as an entrepreneur.
Kevin is also a speaker and trainer covering many topics which include creative real estate techniques, mindsets (the topic of his third book), and motivational speaking.
